Please remember that you may need to pay import duties, customs fees or taxes upon receipt of your order. Please note that Fontennoy cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country. These charges are assessed by the customs agency of the destination country based on the value of the order and are due upon delivery. Please note that if the shipment is refused by the recipient, I will not refund the shipping costs.
Customs fees are not included in shipping costs.
Europe + Switzerland
Orders are shipped within 2 or 3 business days. For pre-orders and custom pieces, please allow 35 business days for your order to be shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number of your package. I package each order very carefully to ensure that your jewelry will arrive safely in your hands.
If you have a problem, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
I do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons and I do not accept returns or exchanges of custom made pieces.
I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date I receive your order. If the 14 day period has passed, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Any item already worn and damaged will not be returned or exchanged.
- Please return your item to me in its original, unworn packaging and condition. Please note that the product must be in perfect condition and the original labels must be included. Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for losses occurring during transport.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- As soon as I have received the item to be returned or exchanged, I will contact you to confirm the process.
- I cannot issue a refund for a lost package.
